1. The Event

The Future-Proof Creator Summit ("Summit" or "Event") is a three-day live event organised by The Living Internet ("Organiser," "we," "us," or "our"), taking place June 5–7, 2026 at a venue in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Specific venue details, schedule, and logistics will be communicated to registered attendees by email following ticket purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, using Stripe, Square, or PayPal as payment processors. Ticket revenue flows directly to The Living Internet. By purchasing a ticket you enter into a contract with The Living Internet, not with Ticket Tailor or any payment processor.

Three ticket tiers are available:

3. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of personal plans, inability to travel, visa or border crossing issues, illness, or any other personal reason.

Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] at least 14 days prior to the Event. Name changes are subject to availability and must be approved in writing by The Living Internet. Transferred tickets retain the same tier and inclusions as the original purchase. Ticket resale or transfer for profit is prohibited.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes event cancellation coverage.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event that the Summit is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances within our reasonable control, registered ticket holders will be offered:

  • A credit of the full ticket value redeemable against a future Living Internet event; or

  • A refund of the ticket face value (excluding payment processing fees)

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, government-imposed restrictions, acts of war, or venue unavailability, The Living Internet will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event. In such cases, tickets will be transferred to the rescheduled event. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit or partial refund may be offered at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

The Living Internet is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

5. Programme and Speaker Changes

The Summit programme, speaker lineup, and schedule are subject to change without notice. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute speakers, modify session content, or adjust the programme at any time. No refund or compensation will be issued due to changes in the speaker lineup or programme, including the withdrawal of any individual speaker.

6. Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner throughout the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund if, in the Organiser's sole judgement, their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

Attendees are prohibited from:

  • Recording, filming, or live-streaming any sessions without prior written permission from The Living Internet

  • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing session content (including recordings from the Creator Vault) with any third party

  • Engaging in solicitation, unauthorised promotion, or commercial activity at the Event

  • Any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or harassing toward other attendees, speakers, or staff

7. Photography and Recording

By attending the Summit, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by The Living Internet or its authorised representatives for use in promotional, educational, or archival materials, including on social media, websites, and future marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Creator Vault recordings are made available exclusively to ticket holders of the relevant tier. These recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded, or sold.

8. Hotel Block and Third-Party Services

The Living Internet has arranged preferential attendee room rates at the Sheraton Vancouver (host hotel) and the adjacent Marriott. These hotel arrangements are provided as a convenience only. The Organiser is not a party to any contract between attendees and the hotel. Hotel bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and rate deadlines of each property. Room block details are shared with registered attendees after ticket purchase. The Living Internet accepts no liability for hotel booking issues, cancellations, or charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Living Internet's total liability to any attendee shall not exceed the ticket price paid by that attendee

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your attendance at or inability to attend the Event

  • We are not liable for loss or theft of personal property at the Event venue

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any third-party content presented at the Event, including speaker presentations

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content produced by The Living Internet in connection with the Summit — including but not limited to the event name, branding, website, marketing materials, and session recordings — is the intellectual property of The Living Internet and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Speakers retain ownership of their own content and presentations. Any use of speaker content beyond personal attendee reference requires the speaker's written consent.

11. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal information in connection with ticket purchase and event attendance is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at thelivinginternet.com. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
